Winterwood, Inc. was founded in November of 1979 in Lexington, KY. We started this company with 115 units, and my husband and I did most of the work. Over the past 30 years, we have built a small family business into what I would consider the definition of the American Dream. Our American Dream could not have been achieved by the two of us alone, but by the grace of God, and the help of many dedicated employees over the years (all of whom I consider my family). We now manage around 10,000 units in 9 different states. From my husband and I to over 400 employees, this company strives to be the best in the industry.

Our company has persevered for this long because of the people who have helped us along the way. Winterwood, Inc., has always strived to be the best in the business and with the help of the employees, the relationships we have formed with the government agencies, and the support of my family, I am proud to be the owner of a company that still values relationships, good morals, and great attitudes.
