Opening of Riverview at Clendenin School Apartments

Riverview at Clendenin School opened yesterday in West Virginia and the showing in the community was outstanding…even the marching band showed up!!! This property was developed by AU Associates and was much needed in the area. The redeveloped school house is an 18 unit complex and houses a medical clinic and pharmacy that is open to the community. Riverview at Clendenin School is a beautiful property and the residents in the area are very excited to have the school reopened to fill a purpose. Winterwood, Inc. is as equally excited to be a part of this project as the management agent.
